FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: in the method of continuous drying of discrete fine materials by means of the directed focused radiation in near infrared region this radiation is directed on the moving mesh or punched surface interacting with the dried-up material. This surface is designed as internal surface of thin-walled cone with the base edges which are evenly unbent towards top in the form of circular bowl which is installed vertically with the top upwards with a possibility of rotation and fitted with the drive rotating with reference to the axis, and the radiation is directed on internal surface of the cone wall perpendicularly and along it parallel to generatrices, at least, along three lines of generatrices. Wet material is supplied continuously to the top of the cone which is rotated, and the dried-up material is taken away continuously from the circular bowl of the cone from above pneumatically, besides, on external surface from the top towards the cone base the strong spiral of round or semicircular section is reliably fixed which is winded with even or uneven step in the direction towards the cone rotation, besides, the angle between opposite generatrices of the cone is provided from 90° and higher, the method of drying is controlled in the automatic mode.
EFFECT: invention allows to provide continuous drying of discrete fine materials.
