FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: device contains the housing for entering the bottle neck with the possibility of fixing, the connecting disk containing the ring edge spaced at certain distance from the outer edge of the connecting disk. The ring edge is kept in the ring groove in the top end of the housing. The ring groove is shifted inside from the external peripheral edge of the housing and moves towards the depth in the longitudinal direction of the housing. The connecting disk can enter the cap so that the connecting disk and the housing can be moved together with the cap when placing on the neck, a part of the housing is declined and the ring edge is disengaged from the groove in the housing, the connecting disk is released from the housing and has the lower side with the ring peripheral surface for tight sitting of the disk in the cap. When the cap is separated from the neck the connecting disk remains attached to the cap being its insert, and the housing remains in the bottle neck.
EFFECT: invention protects housing from extending during opening.
