SUBSTANCE: claimed device comprises body 1 composed by the hollow cylinder with at least one bore 2. Boss 3 is made at the body with branch pipe 5 arranged at the boss top for connection of metering instrument. Flow baffles 6 composed by plates with drain holes 7 are arranged inside the boss, from above and from below. Ring 8 is secured between the flow baffles at the body. Measuring diaphragm 12 is arranged under the body. Meter connection branch pipe is arranged parallel with the body. The body allows the mounting of extra boss. Note here that said bosses feature different length and are provided with bypass lines 4. Baffles 6 are arranged above the inlet and below the outlet of said bypass pipe. Ribbing is made on bypass pipe surface, inside the thermal jacket and body surface.

EFFECT: lower costs of has heating, higher process efficiency.
