SUBSTANCE: known system of global real time automatic monitoring of state parameters of objects, each its point of reception and information processing is added by the unit of forecasting and response to changes of abnormal values of state parameters of multivariate objects (MPO) the output of which is connected to the input of the information "packages" formation unit, and the input - with the output of the target information receiver, each subscriber terminal is added by the unit of assessment of compliance of actual values of state parameters of monitored MPO with the allowable ones the output of which is connected with the input of the target information transmitter, and ith input where i = 1…I, where I - number of sensors, is connected to the output of the respective sensor.
EFFECT: reduction of time of response to abnormal changes of state parameters of monitored multivariate objects.
