SUBSTANCE: parameters are set and grouped, the reference values, the importance factors, the maximum and minimum time intervals, the report generation time, the array for storing the incompleteness sign, and the monitoring program status (SSP) at the time of the measurement interruption are specified. The values are measured and compared with the reference values. In case of their coincidence and in the absence of the sign of incompleteness, measurement and comparison of values are repeated, and if they do not coincide, they are remembered, and the availability of the automated systems (AS) elements is checked. If the AS elements are available, the value of the time interval is adjusted, the adjusted value is compared with the minimum value. When it is reached, an alarm is generated, and the operation of the AS elements is blocked. When the AS elements are inaccessible, a sign of incompleteness is established and the SSP value is memorized. Further, the stored value of the SSP is read, the value of the parameters from the moment of interruption is measured and compared with the reference values. A report is generated and a decision is made on the safety of the AS.

EFFECT: increased reliability of the automated systems state analysis and monitoring of dynamic objects.
