SUBSTANCE: apparatus of generating quadrature amplitude-shift keyed signals by summation of values of in-phase and quadrature components at the output of an adder additionally includes a quadrature component coefficient generating unit (QCCGU), an in-phase component coefficient generating unit (ICCGU), first and second multiplier units, first, second and third switching units, as well as first and second decoders. The QCCGU consists of eight quadrature component coefficient generators. The ICCGU consists of eight in-phase component coefficient generators. The first and second multiplier units consist of eight multipliers. The first switching unit consists of four electronic switches, and the second and third switching units consist of eight electronic switches.

EFFECT: reducing peak voltages of signal vectors of the formed quadrature amplitude shift-keyed signal structure without significant increase in the value of average energy and high noise-immunity owing to formation of each point of a signal constellation with different values of in-phase and quadrature components.
