SUBSTANCE: result is achieved by reducing differences between amplitude values of vectors of signal constellations and establishing the maximum value thereof, which is equal to the initial amplitude of voltage of the in-phase component (IC) u i n i t I and the quadrature component (QC) u i n i t Q . In the method, initial voltage values for the IC u I and the QC are generated from the generated sinusoidal signal, said initial values being keyed depending on the values of the first r1, second r2, third r3 and fourth r4 bits of the information flow. To this end, depending on the values of r1, r2, r3, and r4 in each unit of the initial voltage values of CC and QC, said values are multiplied by corresponding multipliers, and the keyed values u I and u Q are summed; the summation result is further multiplied by a coefficient β, wherein the value of the parameter α is selected in the range from 0° to 30°, and the coefficient β is equal to (1-2 sin15°), which reduces average power and the peak factor of the generated quadrature amplitude-shift keyed signal structure.

EFFECT: reduced average power.
