SUBSTANCE: machine for grinding carrot seeds contains the grinding drum, the inner surface of which is coated with a layer of rubber, the loading pin and the unloading pin. The grinding drum is designed as a cylinder installed obliquely relative to the horizontal axis with flat butt walls of the elliptical shape, placed perpendicular or at various angles not only to the horizontal axis of rotation, but to each other. Wherein along the entire length of the drum a concave spring is mounted, with the flat section of coils covered with a layer of rubber, which is equipped with a device for changing the coils pitch by stretching or compressing it.

EFFECT: expansion of technological capabilities due to imparting the seed mixtures the spatial movement and simultaneously exposing them to fluctuations in three mutually perpendicular directions.
