FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to drone with safe forced landing system to be actuated at engine fault. For safe forced drone landing, circular landing approach path is generated including flight sections before and after turn to direct the drone to definite point of the start of path before said turn after generation of waiting path and points of flight along waiting path and point of escape therefrom proceeding from the magnitude of quality of gliding descent. Iterative determination of said magnitude to convergence with definite magnitude, point of turn, landing point and divergence between defined landing point and predefined point of turn are determined multiple times. After said turn the drone is guided in landing approach path in compliance with selected landing point.
EFFECT: safe forced landing.
