SUBSTANCE: universal information processing system has a two-module design. The upper module includes a voltage stabiliser, power supply units of the main blocks of the system, as well as two filter baffle plates, one of which is fitted with a cooler, two external forced air coolers, 5 IP54 insulated 8P8C standard leads, one high frequency socket for a communication module antenna, an electric power lead, and a lower module which includes a universal information processing device, a communication device, a tunable switch for wire connection, a climatic system consisting of two internal forced air coolers, two "for cooling" and "for heating" thermostats, an electric heater for automation cabinets, two thermoelectric converter, which enables to optimise parameters of the medium in the inner, insulated volume of the lower module.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of operating a universal information processing system.
