SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for preparing a predetermined beverage from the extractable product. The system comprises: a changeable capsule and a percolating machine for making infusions. The dispenser of the percolating machine comprises several pointed elements for perforation of the bottom, designed to perforate the inlet region of the traditional capsule to create an inlet opening for fluid. In this system, the inlet region comprises a plurality of valves, and the perforation tips are in contact with the inlet region, without performing any actions of perforation on it. The inlet region is located on the annular groove which, in turn, is located on the bottom of the capsule and is made for accommodating the perforating means.

EFFECT: possibility is ensured to create and provide a beverage preparation machine with such capsule, which volume contributes to accommodation of greater amount of ingredients, providing the necessary rate of brewing, which affects favourably the organoleptic properties of the finished product.
