FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: settling reservoir for intra-field oil treatment before hot dehydration includes a shell, oil emulsion inlet unit, oil outlet unit and formation water outlet unit. The shell is made cylindrical with spherical side walls, oil emulsion inlet unit, oil outlet unit and formation water outlet unit are made as a horizontal pipe blind at ends, with vertical unions placed asymmetrically in regard to the pipe centre and at distance from the pipe edge per 10-20% of its length, thus forming a short and long sides of the pipe; oil emulsion inlet unit is placed in the bottom part of the shell and equipped with vertical feeding tube, horizontal pipe placed in the shell axis and perforated from bottom at the sides by elliptic openings with long axis oriented along the pipe, with short pipe end placed close to the side wall of the shell; oil outlet unit is placed in the top part of the shell, it is placed at the other side of the shell and equipped with vertical outlet unit, a horizontal pipe of diameter less than pipe of the oil emulsion inlet unit, it is placed along the shell axis with perforated elliptic openings on top at the sides with long axis oriented along the pipe, with short pipe end placed close to the side wall of the shell; the formation water outlet unit is placed in the bottom part of the shell under the oil outlet unit, it is equipped with vertical outlet union, a horizontal pipe with diameter less than the pipe of the oil emulsion inlet unit, which is placed in the shell axis with perforated elliptic openings from the bottom at the sides with long axis oriented along the pipe, with short pipe end placed close to the side wall of the shell.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of oil treatment.
