FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: scrubber with movable nozzle comprises case with dusty and cleaned gas branch pipes, sprinkler made as manifold with atomisers, bottom support and distributing tray and top limiting tray, between which packed bed is located, liquid trap and sludge discharge device. The bottom support and distributing tray and top limiting trays, and nozzle are made out of elastic materials. On top and bottom trays the vibrator is installed, each of atomisers has axisymmetric hollow casing, its axis is perpendicular to axis of hole of manifold pips. Casing is shaped as body of revolution formed by curve of the second order, for example, spherical, in the form of truncated ellipsoid or paraboloid of rotation. From the side of the through hole of the manifold pipe a straightening element is installed in the atomiser; the element is made in form of a ring with the central bush. At least three radial blades are rigidly connected with the bush. The blades are also connected to the sprayer case. The case has two opposite shoulders perpendicular to axis of the atomiser. The atomiser is fixed on the manifold by means of these shoulders with yokes with locks. In a lower section of the atomiser casing a conic throttle hole is made, it is connected with a mixing chamber located between the throttle hole and the straightening element. Helical grooves are made on internal surface of the mixing chamber. The nozzle is made as cylindrical ring with two hemispherical surfaces being fixed on the side surface of the ring opposite each other so, that diametral planes of the hemispheres coincide with the top and bottom bases of the cylindrical ring respectively, and the vertices of the hemispherical surfaces are on the ring axis and are directed to each other.

EFFECT: invention increases efficiency and reliability of dedusting, and reduces metal consumption and vibroacoustic activity of the entire device.
