FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to wet dust collection and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for purification of gases. Scrubber with a moving nozzle contains a housing with nozzles for dusty and clean gas, an irrigation device, made in the form of a manifold with injectors, a lower support-distributing plate and an upper restricting plate, between which the nozzle layer is located, the splatter trap and the slurry removal device, the lower support and distribution and upper restricting plates and the nozzle are made of resilient materials, and a vibrator is mounted on the top and bottom trays, and each of the nozzles comprises a body that is hollow, axisymmetric, whose axis is perpendicular to the axis of the opening of the manifold pipe, but in form the body is made in the form of a body of revolution formed by a curve of the second order, for example spherical, in the form of a truncated ellipsoid or paraboloid of revolution, and on the side of the flow opening of the manifold pipe, a rectifying element is provided in the nozzle, made in the form of a ring, having a central sleeve with which radially disposed at least three blades are rigidly connected, connected to the body of the injector, the body being provided with ledges with two oppositely arranged, perpendicular to the axis of the nozzle, by means of which, through the clamps with locks, the nozzle is fixed to the manifold, with a conical throttle opening connected to the mixing chamber in the lower part of the nozzle body, which is located between the throttle opening and the rectifying element, and on the inner surface of the mixing chamber there are screw-like grooves, or the nozzle is made in the form of a cylindrical ring, to side surface of which two opposite hemispherical surfaces are attached so, that hemispheres diametral planes match with cylindrical ring top and bottom bases, respectively, and the vertices of hemispherical surfaces are located on the axis of the ring and are directed towards each other, the nozzle element being perforated both on the lateral surface and on hemispherical surfaces, or the nozzle is made in a spherical shape, in which there are blind radial notches, the recesses being cylindrical, conical, spherical surfaces, or any surface of bodies of revolution, for example a paraboloid, an ellipsoid, or a nozzle made of a hollow spherical shape, on the outer surface of which there are additional elements in the form of spherical, conical surfaces, or any surface of the bodies of revolution, for example a paraboloid, an ellipsoid, and the inner spherical surface of the nozzle is connected to the outer by means of at least one three channels, or the nozzle is made in the form of a cylindrical ring, on the side, inner and outer, surfaces of which are screw-threaded in opposite directions, or the nozzle is made in the form of a ball on the surface of which blind holes of hemispherical shape are made.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process, as well as a decrease in the metal intensity and vibroacoustic activity of the device as a whole.
