FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of azeotrope-like compositions with effective amount of cis-1,1,1,4,4,4-hexofluorine-2-butene and other substance selected from the group including water, fluoroketones, alcohols, hydro chlorfluorolefines and combinations of two or mote thereof. Application of foaming composition including azeotrope-like compositions with effective amount of cis-1,1,1,4,4,4-hexofluorine-2-butene (Z-HFO-1336mzzm) and trans-1,1,1-trifluorine-3-chlorpropene (E-HCFO-1233zd) where foaming agent possesses the potential of global warming potential (GWP) not exceeding about 150 and ozone depletion potential (ODP) not exceeding about 0.1 consists in production of self-hardening foamer with closed pores. Production of foaming material comprises addition of foamer containing said azeotrope-like composition to foaming composition.
EFFECT: ecologically acceptable azeotrope-like composition for various applications not facilitating ODP.
