FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: mine heater of lump material contains the lined housing, installed coaxially gas-distributing chamber and the loading chute, the manifold ring located between the chute and the housing, the unloading device in the form of the lined flat ring table rotating in the horizontal plane and the insert installed above it for shift of heated material to the mine periphery to end face of which the plate divertors are attached. Its sidewalls are implemented with inclination to the vertical line at the angle α = 2-5°, and the sidewalls of the lined housing located flush with the insert are inclined to the bottom at the angle β = 70-80°.
EFFECT: uniformity of heating and unloading of lump material from mine heater by elimination of consolidations in the mine and on the ring table that promotes improvement of reliability and overall performance of the heater.
