FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to loading and distribution shaft devices, mainly uniflowflow and counterflow regenerative furnaces with round shafts for sintering carbonate materials and can be used in metallurgical, construction, chemical, food and other industries. The loading and distribution device of the uniflow and counterflow regenerative furnace with two round shafts for sintering lumpy carbonate material consists of a common hopper standing on furnace bearing frame and connecting loading openings of said shafts by means of inclined chutes. The intermediate hoppers are located under the loading holes of the shafts and equipped with rotation drives relative to the axis of the shafts and there are fixed tables located under the intermediate hoppers with a gap that exceeds the maximum size of the processed pieces of material. The brakets with baffles are located under the edge of each fixed table and rigidly fastened to the outer walls of the intermediate hoppers and the fixed tables are provided with a gap.
EFFECT: improved quality of sintered lime and furnace efficiency.
