FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: goal of this invention is to develop the method for manufacturing contact electrode material with controlled porosity for stacks of solid oxide fuel cells allowing receipt of contact layers with extended porous structure in order to ensure gas transportation to electrodes at minimum thermal treatment. The method includes manufacturing suspension out of powdered electrode material with size of particles from 100 up to 1000 nm with adding binding agent and mixing in a mixer with further sintering, at that organic mixture of toluene with butanol in ratio of 3:7 and added 10-30% polyvinylbutyral and 1-10% diaminopropane is used as binding agent, 2 g/l of diethyl adipinate with added 2-15% polymethyl methacrylate is used as pore agent and sintering of the material takes place at temperature of 700-850°C during one hour.
EFFECT: higher power of solid oxide fuel cells due to ensuring of controlled porosity for electroconductive material and improved thermomechanical stability of assembly.
