FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment. A microelevation array applicator comprises a spring-loaded energy-storage element having a first stable configuration and a second stable configuration. The above element is configured transformable from the first stable configuration into the second stable configuration when applying force thereto. The force necessary to transform the spring-loaded energy-storage element from the first into second configuration is less than the force necessary to transform the element from the second into first configuration. A drive element is configured to transmit a driving force to the energy-storage element. A microelevation holder element is attached to the drive element, and is actuated by the spring-loaded energy-storage element when transforming from the first stable configuration into the second stable configuration. The drive element is inserted into an external holed cover along a sliding seat. A skin contact element comprises a section configured to adjoin the skin tightly. The skin contact element is configured to seat on the external cover and to contact the energy-storage element, when it is found in its first configuration. Disclosed are versions of the applicator, a device and a method for administering an active substance.
