SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a capsule for extracting a beverage under pressure. The capsule comprises a housing in the form of a cup, and a plug limiting together the chamber for the substance for preparing a beverage. The housing comprises an outer side wall in the form of a truncated cone, and a bottom formed integrally with the outer side wall and covering the outer side wall at the rear end of the housing. The plug closes the outer side wall at the front end of the housing. The capsule is made with the ability of accommodation in the extraction device so that the extraction fluid under pressure passes through the bottom into the capsule and exits through the plug from it. The bottom is formed by the peripheral area, limiting the rear end of the housing, and a central area recessed into the capsule with respect to the rear end and forming the cavity outside the housing. The central area comprises at least one zone of the least resistance, made with the ability of at least partial tearing under the pressure of the injection fluid.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables to avoid settling of the bottom inside the capsule under the action of fluid pressure, even in the manufacture of capsule of relatively deformable material.
