SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and is intended to prepare beverage of powdery substance, preferably from ground coffee, using pressurised water. The capsule contains box housing with powdery substance which housing has bottom with outlet for outgoing flow of extracted beverage which outlet is substantially closed by resilient foaming partition. The partition can open under pressure. The capsule contains safety cover installed on box housing at its bottom to increase size of box housing and having shoulder engaged with the partition and intended to retain the partition in the capsule. The invention provides reliable and safe operation. The foaming partition contains resilient diaphragm which has less strong part intended to be broken by pressurised beverage.
EFFECT: capsule provides safe and reliable functioning, has simple design and low cost.
