FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method for formation of excellent multilayer film coating includes application of metal-based composition on coating substrate to form metal-based film coating. Coating composition contains colouring pigment and luster pigment. In addition, method also includes application of colour-based coating composition on metal-based film coating, with colour-based coating composition including colouring pigment and not including luster pigment. Then application of transparent coating composition on colour-based film coating, obtained for formation of transparent film coating, is realised. In addition, method includes simultaneous heating and hardening of formed metal-based film coating, film coating and transparent film coating to form multilayer film coating. Single layer of metal-based film coating, obtained by heating and hardening of metal-based film coating, has light reflection coefficient from 45 to 50% in range of wavelength 650-700 nm and light reflection coefficient not more than 20% in ranges of wavelength 410 nm and 510-590 nm. Single layer of colour-based film coating, obtained by heating and hardening of colour-based film coating, has light transmission from 50 to 70% in range of wavelength 400-700 nm. In addition, single layer has light transmission from 88 to 92% in wavelength 650-700 nm. Single layer has also light transmission from 20 to 60% in wavelength range 410-440 nm and 510-590 nm.
EFFECT: providing possibility of obtaining multilayer film coating, which has less colour inhomogeneity and homogenous structure of film without strict regulation of changes in film thickness, coating has high saturation, high brightness and excellent colour depth, as well as candy colour.
