SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an emulsion, a method for preparation and use thereof. The emulsion contains 2-75 wt % polyolefin, 0.05-40 wt % polymer Px,
which is a compound of formula 
1b, where R = H, methyl, R'=H, methyl, n=2-100, X=O-, OH, OR, NH2 and salts thereof, Y=O-, OH, OR, NH2 and salts thereof, and water in amount of 10-97.95 wt %, with respect to the total weight of the emulsion.
EFFECT: obtained composition is a stable emulsion and can be used in the chemical engineering, pharmacology, construction and wood processing.
