FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: pores of a frame and/or workpiece based on refractory fibres are filled with a blowing agent which is preheated to 100-120°C, followed by cooling to room temperature, drying and impregnation with a polymer. The workpiece is then carbonised, packed with pyrocarbon and/or siliconised.
EFFECT: high uniformity of distribution of matrix components within the material of the article.
