FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to the abrasive product, and can be used for smooth finish, fine finish or grinding of various materials. The abrasive product with coating includes a set of profiled ceramic abrasive particles, each of which has surface characteristic; a set of profiled ceramic abrasive particles attached to a flexible base by means of the production layer comprising the resin adhesive forming the abrasive layer; where each of the profiled abrasive particles attached to the flexible base determines the pre-set rotary orientation by z-coordinate, corresponding to the surface characteristic and where the pre-set rotary orientation by z-coordinate at least for 50% of the profiled ceramic abrasive particles attached to the flexible base is the pre-set rotary orientation by z-coordinate and is not arbitrary one.
EFFECT: increase of productivity due to control of the abrasive particle shape is provided.
