FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to abrasive processing and can be used in making composite abrasive wheels. Latter comprises primary abrasive part including moulded ceramic abrasive particles connected with primary organic binder. Primary abrasive part additionally includes diluting crushed abrasive particles corresponding to installed rated markings in abrasive area. Provided is opposite to front and related to it secondary abrasive part including secondary crushed abrasive particles connected with secondary organic binder. Primary abrasive part contains more in volume ratio of shaped ceramic abrasive particles than secondary abrasive part.
EFFECT: higher wear resistance of abrasive wheel.
