FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to alcohol beverages production. The alcohol beverage including alcohol, water and other possible components contains culinary salt in an amount of 3.3 - 10%. Individual consumption of the beverage is accompanied by creation of endogenous conditions preventing achievement of a toxic dose of alcohol, ensures consistently comfortable alcohol inebriation with a barrier against poisoning being caused by toxic concentration of ethyl alcohol in blood (such barrier independent of the consumer and extraneous interference), maintains the central nervous system activity when alcohol enters the blood, increases the rate of the organism purification from alcohol and reduces the degree of abstinence and alcoholisation of the population.
EFFECT: alcohol concentration in blood is restricted; intoxication is prevented.
