SUBSTANCE: method of processing a radar signal comprises basic weighted processing of a received signal, additional weighted processing after limitation thereof, wherein a signal received in an area in which the probability of reception is low or the reception of a signal reflected from a real target is impossible, is considered interference; determining the strength of said signal after basic weighted processing and additional weighted processing and using said signal strengths as a feature of a false target in the scanning area. Said result is achieved due to that the radar signal processing device comprises a basic weighted processing unit, a limiter, an additional weighted processing unit, a selection unit, a delay unit, two level recorders, a comparator unit, a decision device and a synchroniser, wherein the input of the basic weighted processing unit is connected to the input of the limiter, the output of the limiter is connected to the input of the additional weighted processing unit, the output of the basic weighted processing unit is connected to the input of the delay unit, the first input of the first level recorder and the first input of the selection unit, the outputs of the delay unit and the first level recorder are connected to the first and second inputs of the comparator unit, respectively, the output of the comparator unit is connected to the first input of the decision device, the second input of which is connected to the output of the second level recorder, the output of the decision device is connected to the second input of the selection unit, the output of the synchroniser is connected to the second input of the first level recorder and the third input of the decision device.

EFFECT: generating interference features and recognition thereof.
