SUBSTANCE: method comprises: generating, on the panel of a control unit, a command to facilitate emergency situation monitoring based on a grid system and a functional unit which performs identification of the current situation using neural networks and hazard assessment of the situation depending on the level of current perturbations, a unit for real-time monitoring and prediction of the progression of the situation based on interpreting and predicting neural network models, generating strategic decisions on intelligent support of monitoring situations based on control action depending on peculiarities of the situation in program and adaptive control circuits, as well as a self-training circuit, determining the time required to generate and make a decision, evaluating the time during which it is safe for the object to be in the current situation taking into account allowable values of defining parameters.

EFFECT: high operating speed when neutralising a hazardous situation.
