FIELD: monitoring systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of automated monitoring systems for the technical condition of buildings and structures and can be used in the design and operation of buildings and structures. Proposed method involves the selection of controlled elements (constructions) of a building object, the status of which is used to determine the condition of the building object, recording of the values of the measured parameters, characterizing the state of the selected monitored elements, calculating the current values of the monitored parameters from the measurement results and their processing using the soft computing method. Then, the states of the monitored parameters are determined using the results of comparing the calculated values with the threshold values of the monitored parameters, which is followed by the identification of the state of the monitored elements and / or the building object as a whole based on the choice of the worst state of the relevant monitored parameters, and displaying the monitoring information and evaluation results of individual controlled elements and / or the building object as a whole in a visual form.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increased reliability of detecting structures that are in an emergency or pre-emergency condition, increased accuracy of determining the state of controlled structures and the object as a whole by eliminating the systematic error of measuring instruments and the possibility of interrelated analysis of measurements from various instruments, increased performance due to the reduction of the array of processed information.
