FIELD: monitoring systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of automated monitoring systems for the technical condition of buildings and structures and can be used in the design and operation of buildings and structures. Method includes the selection of the controlled elements (constructions) of the building object, the status of which is judged on the state of the building object, the registration of the values of the measured parameters, characterizing the state of the selected monitored elements, calculating the current values of the monitored parameters from the measurement results and their processing by the soft measurement method. Further, the states of the monitored parameters are determined from the results of comparing the calculated values with the threshold values of the monitored parameters, identification of the state of the monitored elements and/or the building object as a whole based on the choice of the worst state of the relevant monitored parameters, displaying in a visual form monitoring information and evaluation results of individual controlled elements and/or the building object as a whole.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the reliability of determining the structures that are in an emergency or pre-emergency condition, increasing the accuracy of determining the state of the controlled structures and the object as a whole, increasing the speed by reducing the array of processed information.
