FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment. Presented is a method for emitting and a light-emitting device comprising at least one electromagnetic emitter generating at least one working radiation beam; at least one electromagnetic emitter generating at least one probing radiation beam when in use; at least one detector recording the probing radiation beam; at least one sensor window having a contact boundary surface; the detector is mounted so that the device operation is accompanied by reflecting the probing beam at least once from the contact boundary surface of the sensor window, on its way from the emitter generating the probing radiation beam to the detector; that is ensured by a total internal reflection if the contact boundary surface of the sensor window contacts to air; what is also provided is a controller functionally connected to the emitter generating the working radiation beam, and to the detector, and operating so as to influence the operation of the emitter generating the working radiation beam, depending on recording data of the probing radiation beam on the detector.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables only allowing the controlled laser light from the device thereby reducing an eye damage level.
