SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Pulsed laser device for skin treatment is designed for laser-induced optical puncture of hair or skin tissue. The beam scanning system scans the beam to determine a circular or arc path using a rotatable prism that implements the beam shift in the lateral direction. The focusing system on the output side of the beam scanning system focuses the incident beam of radiation into a focal spot in the hair or skin tissue, and it rotates with the prism.
EFFECT: use of inventions can help resolve medical and cosmetic problems, while reducing damage caused by laser.
