FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of producing activated shelf fungus powder, which comprises successive pre-grinding of the fruit body of shelf fungus, activation with water, separating the obtained residue, washing, drying at certain conditions and then regrinding.
EFFECT: shelf fungus powder obtained with said method is characterised by high sorption capacity for methylene blue, iodine, acid and alkali, has satisfactory moisture content, looseness, packed density and microbiological purity.
