FIELD: pharmaceutical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry, namely to the production of chitin-containing sorbents from the wood-destroying fungus Fomes fomentarius (L.Fr ) Gill collected in vivo. A method for producing a chitin-containing sorbent is proposed, including sequential acid-base extraction of the prepared feedstock - the fruit body of the wood-destroying fungus Fomes fomentarius (L.Fr ) Gill at a temperature of 60-85 °C, the extraction stage time is 10-15 hours, the hydromodule is 1:15-1:20.
EFFECT: present invention enables the production of chitin-containing sorbent with increased sorption activity.
