FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: infusing device contains an infusing chamber (25, 31) for coffee or another product; flavouring substances extraction for beverage obtainment is performed under the action of water under pressure in such chamber. The infusing chamber contains a pliant wall (33) for regulation of the closed infusing chamber volume in accordance with the quantity of the product contained therein. Additionally provided for is a variable volume chamber (49) filled with liquid and connected to the pliant wall (33) so that the volume of the variable volume chamber filled with liquid varies in accordance with the position occupied by the said pliant wall (33) when the infusing chamber is closed. The pliant wall (33) position is locked when the infusing chamber is closed.
EFFECT: prevention of liquid leaking from and into the said variable volume chamber filled with liquid.
