FIELD: beverage making.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and a device for beverage making. The method is described for making a beverage in device (1) for making a beverage of capsule (2) containing beverage ingredients by means of water supply to the capsule through first capsule wall (6), using water pump (16) of the device, controlled by control unit (21), wherein the extraction of a brewed beverage is carried out through second capsule wall (9). The specified second wall is opened for the extraction of the brewed beverage due to the effect of pressure injection inside the capsule as a result of water supply to the capsule, including: supply of the first volume of water (V1) to the capsule containing beverage ingredients in a dry state for preliminary wetting of beverage ingredients in the capsule before the extraction of the beverage from second capsule wall (9) – preliminary wetting; supply of the second volume of water (V2-V1) to the capsule for the extraction of the beverage from second capsule wall (9). Moreover, the supply of the first volume is adjusted by at least one flow rate value, which provides for continuous increase in pressure of water from a pump at first stage (30) of increasing water pressure. At the same time, the supply of the second volume of water is adjusted so that it is performed right away and without interruption of a flow after the supply of the first volume of water, and is adjusted for increasing water pressure up to at least one extraction pressure after second stage (31) of increasing pressure, which is adjusted so that it is sharper than first stage (30) of increasing pressure.
EFFECT: reduction in time of beverage making, as well as reduction in electric power consumption during the beverage making.
