FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: magnetic core is made of amorphous ferromagnetic tape-shaped material and it comprises legs and the upper and lower yokes. It is manufactured as multifaceted structure with identical side faces with outer and inner rounded edges. The legs are coupled to yokes along the middle of side edges of the upper and lower yokes. The legs are coupled to yokes along the middle of odd side edges of the upper and lower yokes. Yokes and legs are made of assembled tape packages of equal thickness and rectangular cross-section with leg packages shifted symmetrically in regard to vertical and horizontal axes of the legs and to each other thus forming in transversal cross-section a structure with edges, each of packages with less square area than the pervious one is shifted per the same distance of the previous package side. Packages of yoke legs are alternated between themselves and short and long packages placed vertically. Square areas of the short and long packages are equal and form vertical grooves between the above packages. The yokes are made of are alternating and horizontal packages inserted into grooves between packages of legs and yoke inserts, which are placed between alternating and horizontal packages. Ends of the inserts match side edges of the legs. Number of yoke inserts is equal to the number of magnet core phases. Length of horizontal packages and yoke inserts is reduced as they approach horizontal axis of symmetry of the magnet core. Outer and inner surfaces of yokes are made as continuous package placed along inner and outer side of the yokes with potential fixation of the outer package.

EFFECT: increased power, reduced energy losses to eddy current and current xx.
