FIELD: electric engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device contains ferromagnetic core piece including yokes and rods, primary power winding on one of the core piece rods, the secondary auxiliary winding coupled with non-linear resistor. There is an iron, which is made of non-magnetic dielectric material with a cross-section in the form of a stepped shape and with equal diametrically opposed sides, inside the core piece rods and yokes. The upper and lower yokes and rods of the iron are interconnected with a beveled joint, and ferromagnetic plates are available on the surfaces of iron yokes and rods, along longitudinal axes of rods and yokes, the plate surfaces adjoin each other, and rod plate ends form beveled joint with yoke surface ends. In addition, ferromagnetic plates adjoin the external surfaces of the iron forming stepped shape, with its external vertexes being located at an equal distances from the longitudinal axis of symmetry, while the second auxiliary winding is located on the other rod of core piece.

EFFECT: improved reliability and reduced materials consumption.
