FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: elastomer composition contains, wt.p.: butadiene-nitrile caoutchouc - 100.0, vulcanising system - 10.6, antioxidant - naphtham-2 - 1.0-3.0, filling agent in form of mixture of technical carbons - 55-125, plasticiser - dibutylsebacate - 20.0. Composition additionally contains modifying additive in form of mixture of polyethyleneglycol ethers - 0.5-3.0, subvulcanisation retardant - n-cyclohexylthiophthalinide - 0.5-0.75, technological additive - mixture of diphenylamine and imidazole derivatives - 2.0-6.0 Composition contains dithiodimorpholine, thiuram D, zinc oxide, stearic acid, altax and sulphenamide C as vulcanising system.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase resistance to early vulcanisation with preservation of required physical-mechanical characteristics.
