FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: folding artificial irregularity for forced reduction of vehicle motion speed in front of a pedestrian crossing, includes a rocker with counterbalances and eyes. At one end of the rocker there is a movable shaft with wings at both sides and stops above them. On the other one there is a body with sliding rods, serving to hold the shaft with wings in lifted condition and being simultaneously cores of the electromagnet having a switch. Stops under wings at the ends are equipped with hinged joints for fixation of the structure in the road ditch with inclined and horizontal supports, and provision of the possibility of vertical displacement of the shaft with wings in it.

EFFECT: invention provides for safety of people moving on a pedestrian crossing, increased throughput capacity of a motor road.
