FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: shape and position of bladed integrated disk working blades profile are monitored in the specified cross section with the help of templates by means of combination of the working surface of the template with the blade in the specified cross section. The base position of the template is determined according to the drawing. The template is moved in the plane perpendicular to the theoretical axis of the blade. The blade position in the specified cross section is monitored relative to the theoretical axis of the blade in tangential and axial directions. They monitor availability of deviation of the actual axis of the blade from the theoretical one. Blades are fixed in the specified position, and the disk is fixed, then moved by a location pitch. Moving the template in tangential and axial directions and turning the template, they achieve their complete matching. The value of template movement from the initial position in both directions is fixed, as well as the angle and direction of blade rotation. Then the bladed integrated disk is turned by steps, and position of the profile of other blades is monitored.

EFFECT: increased validity of bladed integrated disk monitoring result.
