FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in electrochemical machining of parts, mainly edges of blades, monowheels or blades, and allows reducing share of manual operations. Method for electrochemical treatment of edges with variable radius of blades, monowheels or blades includes fixation of workpiece in working chamber on base surfaces and edge formation by electrode-tool with supply of voltage to electrode and workpiece during electrolyte pumping in interelectrode gap. Method includes using electrode-tool from current-conducting material of rectangular shape, in which groove is made, which radius corresponds to the radius of the processed edge, and elastically deformable elements are installed, centering the workpiece during shaping, at which electrode-tool is moved along input and/or output edge along entire height of processed workpiece to formation of edges of required geometrical size.

EFFECT: technical result is higher accuracy, quality, stability of technological process and possibility of processing material of any hardness.
