The lower and upper support elements are arranged as plates, and a metal insert is arranged in the form of a wrinkled insert and has a cross section in the form of a ring, besides, the wrinkled insert length is determined using the given dependence.

EFFECT: increased longevity of a building structure under various types of short-term dynamic loads, provision of building structure bearing capacity integrity, reduced material intensity.
