SUBSTANCE: base station comprises: a storage means which stores a list of cells neighbouring a cell managed by the base station in a manner to correlate each of the neighbour cells with an identifier for identifying a core network to which the neighbour cell belongs; reception means which receives, from a base station neighbouring own base station, a list stored by the neighbour base station; and control means which uses the received list as a list with respect to the cell managed by own base station.
EFFECT: shorter time required for the handover of a mobile terminal performing handover to a cell managed by a base station neighbouring a core network, different from the network to which the current cell belongs.
