SUBSTANCE: gateway (50) relays traffic between the base network (60, 70) and the set of base stations (20_1-20_4) comprises by the base network (60, 70) through a public network. The gateway (50) forms the message on release of RRC connection for instructing to establish new RRC connection when the base network (60, 70) notifies that the mobile station servicing (10) is transferred to any one of the set of base stations (20_1-20_4). The gateway (50) initiates generation by the base network (60, 70) of the command to the control device (40) which has established RRC connection with the mobile station (10), to transfer of the message on release of RRC connection to the mobile station (10).
EFFECT: implementation of transfer of service to a femtocell without any modifications of mobile stations.
