FIELD: veterinary medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method of production of a preparation comprises the use of non-specific immunoglobulin isolated from animal blood serum by treatment with polyethyleneglycol by including microelements. The preparation for increasing the resistance of the body the composition is used, which comprises 1 part of 3.5-4.0% solution of ethanol extract of pollen as a source of microelements and 9 parts of non-specific immunoglobulin. The mixture is stirred, sterilized by filtration, and then poured into vials of 250-500 cm3, sealed and stored at a temperature of 4-6°C. Ethanolic extract of pollen is prepared by drying freshly collected pollen at a temperature of 38-40°C to the moisture content of 10%. Then the pollen grains are pulverized in a homogenizer, then extracted in 70% ethanol for 20-21 days, filtered and diluted with sterile water to 3.5-4% concentration. The claimed method of increasing the resistance of newborn young farm animals comprises the use of the preparation obtained by the claimed method. The preparation is administered tree-fold with an interval of 5 days to calves at a dose of 0.8-1.0 cm3/kg of animal weight, and to piglets - at a dose of 0.4-0.5 cm3/kg of animal weight.

EFFECT: increase in efficiency of the obtained preparation, increase in viability and safety of young animals, expanding the range of immunopharmacological activity.
