FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes pre-dividing a tyre into longitudinal bands having different structural features; treating the inner and outer sides of the bands separately to obtain from each band a group of end materials in the form of finely ground rubber and/or tyre fabric powders with particle size of 0.1-0.5 mm, different on physical and chemical composition and properties, rubber-free, reinforced plates or rope. The tyre bead is processed on the entire periphery to obtain a circular shape with allowance between the rubber and the metal of the bead ring of 3-5 mm.
EFFECT: high efficiency of processing tyres with low power consumption.
