FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a line for recycling rubber of worn-out tires. Technical result is achieved by a line of rubber recycling of worn-out tires, which includes means of tires grinding for production of coarse and finely dispersed rubber crumbs, means for cord separation, fraction separator. Line is additionally equipped with a closed pipeline circuit, an ozone generator and connected to it pipelines with an oxygen station and an ozone decomposer. Means for grinding tires for production of coarse and finely dispersed rubber crumbs are made in the form of ozone destroyer chamber of cargo tires with solid-metal-cord base and/or chamber of ozone destructor of truck tires with textile, and/or chamber of ozone destroyer of car tires, and/or chamber of ozone destroyer of tire fragments, and/or mobile complex of buses cutting, and also chamber of ozone mill. Means for cord separation is made in the form of ozone squeezing chamber. At that, the ozone generator output is interconnected by the feed pipelines of the circuit with the inlet bushes of the ozone destroyer chamber of the truck tires with the all-metal-cord base, and/or ozone destroyer of truck tires with textile, and/or ozone destroyer of car tires, and/or ozone destroyer of tire fragments, ozone mill and ozone wringing. Outlet bushes of these chambers are interconnected by outlet pipelines of the circuit with inlet of ozone generator. At that, the outlet for rubber crumbs from the ozone mill chamber by the conveyor is connected to the input of the fraction separator, and the output of the mobile system for cutting the tires by the conveyor is connected to the inlet input of rubber fragments of ozone destructor of bus fragments.

EFFECT: wasteless recycling of worn-out tires to obtain partially devulcanized rubber powder with particle size of less than 600 mcm and simultaneous separation of reinforcing elements of articles for use as secondary raw material.
