FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vessels made of laminar polymers with improved opening properties to store products. Claimed process of making the vessel made of at least partially of flat combined material separating the cavity from ambient medium includes the steps that follow. Flat combined material is shaped to blank for separate vessel. Vessel of produced from said blank and closed. Said flat combine material comprises the components that follow. Outer polymer ply facing the ambient medium. Bearing ply is arranged behind said outer polymer ply in direction to inner vessel. Barrier ply is arranged behind said bearing ply in direction to inner vessel. Adhesive ply is arranged behind said barrier ply in direction to inner vessel. Inner polymer ply is arranged behind said adhesive ply in direction to inner vessel. Note here that said flat combine material blank is produced by the process that follows. Combined material blanks is made with at least one bearing ply. Adhesive ply and inner polymer ply are applied by extrusion. Blanks for separate vessel is made. Note here that at least inner polymer ply or at least adhesive ply, or both plies are stretched during application. Bearing play has hole covered by at least barrier ply, adhesive ply and inner polymer ply that make the hole core plies. At least one of hole cover plies including stretched polymer is subjected to heat treatment after making of the vessel blank.

EFFECT: production of flat combined polymer material for making of well-sealed vessel with good opening properties.
